Lightspeed Software provides AI-powered software development services. We build custom applications across web, mobile, desktop, and browser extension platforms. Our services include:
- Custom software development
- Personalized demo video generation
- Project quotation and estimation
- Post-launch support and maintenance
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Prices shown are starting prices and the final cost may vary based on project requirements.
- A detailed quote will be provided before any work commences
- Payment terms will be agreed upon in writing before project start
- We reserve the right to update pricing at any time, but agreed quotes will be honoured
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you receive complete ownership of all source code, documentation, and deliverables created for your project. This includes:
- Full source code with no licensing restrictions
- All project documentation
- Deployment configurations and credentials
- The right to modify, distribute, and commercialize the software
Lightspeed Software retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio with client permission.
5. Project Timeline
Estimated delivery timelines are provided in good faith based on project complexity. Actual timelines may vary due to:
- Changes in project scope or requirements
- Client feedback and revision cycles
- Third-party service dependencies
- Unforeseen technical complexity
6. Revisions and Changes
Our AI development process allows for rapid iteration. During the active development phase, revisions are included at no additional cost. Post-delivery changes beyond the included support period may incur additional charges.
7. Support Periods
Each pricing tier includes a post-launch support period:
- Starter: 30 days of bug fixes and minor adjustments
- Professional: 90 days of bug fixes, minor features, and support
- Enterprise: 12 months of priority support and maintenance
Support covers bug fixes and minor adjustments to delivered functionality. New feature development beyond the original scope is quoted separately.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Lightspeed Software's liability for any claim arising from or related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
9. Confidentiality
We treat all client project details, app descriptions, and business information as confidential. We will not share your project details with third parties without your explicit consent.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice. In the event of termination:
- You will be invoiced for work completed to date
- All completed code and assets will be delivered to you
- Any pre-paid amounts for undelivered work will be refunded
11. Website Use
By using this website, you agree not to:
- Submit false or misleading information through our forms
- Attempt to abuse rate limits or overwhelm our systems
- Use automated tools to scrape or interact with our website
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Australia.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
